Mr Praveen Kumar Bharti is a Law Graduate and a qualified Company Secretary, being a proud Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He brings over 20 years of extensive experience in corporate legal consultancy, with a specialized focus on Company Law and Securities Law.
Mr Bharti possesses deep knowledge and experience in capital market regulations and has successfully advised on a wide array of matters, including issue management, corporate planning, and business restructuring. His professional journey includes the execution of numerous assignments across capital market transactions such as Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), preferential issues, bonus issues, stock splits, restructuring, and Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOPs).
In addition, Mr Bharti has played a key role in several high-value transaction advisory projects, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and takeovers, providing strategic and regulatory guidance throughout.
